NICHA
DAC (Direct Air Capture)
NICHA DAC is an ultra–low-cost, low-energy Direct Air Carbon Capture technology engineered for rapid deployment across cities, industrial sites, and remote locations. Unlike conventional DAC systems that rely on high-temperature sorbent regeneration, vacuum pumps, or energy-intensive fans, NICHA DAC captures atmospheric CO₂ through a high-surface-area alkaline mist spray (pH 11) reinforced by our proprietary ACM – Alkaline Ceramic Media. The system is designed to achieve up to 100% single-pass CO₂ capture efficiency even at ambient concentrations of 400 ppm, while operating at room temperature with no heat requirements and no underground storage dependency. This makes NICHA DAC one of the most energy-efficient and scalable DAC solutions in the market.
Alkaline Mist Spray
• Effective even at low CO₂ concentration (400 ppm)
• Extremely low energy consumption
• No amine-based chemicals
• Enhances sorbent performance
Industrial engineers also use the tools of data science and machine learning in their work owing to the strong relatedness of these disciplines with the field and the similar technical background required of industrial engineers.
